This policy explains what personal data MROYA SIA (reg. no. 50203370261, Ganību dambis 20A, Riga, LV-1045), trading as EduBaltConsult, processes and what your rights are. For any question about your data write to help@edubaltconsult.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form you give us your name, phone number, e-mail address, university, type of work, submission deadline, the topic and requirements, and a file if you attach one. The server additionally records your IP address and the time the enquiry was sent.

Why we process it

The data is used only to prepare your quote, to contact you and to carry out the order. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and performance of the contract. The IP address is recorded to protect the form from automated spam.

Who receives it

We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for advertising, and we tell universities nothing. Enquiries arrive in our mailbox and are mirrored to a Telegram chat — technically this means the data is transferred to Telegram FZ-LLC servers outside the European Union. If you would rather avoid that transfer, e-mail us instead of using the form.

How long we keep it

Correspondence and enquiry data are kept for no longer than 12 months after the order is completed, or after the last contact if no order followed. Accounting records are kept for as long as Latvian law requires. After that the data is deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restrict the processing, object to it, and receive your data in a portable format. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to help@edubaltconsult.com — withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand. If you believe your rights have been breached you may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
