Chemistry and materials science
Chemistry and materials science: data and results
The measurements are done, but the curves and spectra still have to become numbers that support your hypothesis. We help process experimental data, assess method performance and write the results and discussion chapter. The work is done by a chemistry PhD candidate with experience in electrochemical sensors and materials characterisation.
What is included
- analytical method validation: linearity, sensitivity, precision, accuracy, recovery, LOD/LOQ, selectivity
- calibration models, residual analysis and method comparison
- interpretation of electrochemical measurements: CV, DPV, SWV, stripping voltammetry, impedance spectroscopy
- materials characterisation data: SEM/EDS, Raman spectroscopy, XPS
- relationships between composition, processing and properties
- optimisation of experimental conditions
Example topics
- An electrochemical sensor for heavy metals: calibration and validation
- Modification of carbon materials and its effect on electrode performance
- Characterisation of nanocomposites by SEM/EDS and Raman spectroscopy
- Comparing an analytical method with a reference method
- The effect of synthesis conditions on material properties
Turnaround and price
- What you send
- measurement data and a description
- Turnaround
- 1–2 weeks
- Tools
- R, MATLAB, Origin
- Orders from
- €250
We do not work in the lab: you run the experiments, we help with the data, its interpretation and its presentation.
How it works
- Send us your measurement data, a description of the experiments, your topic and your university guidelines — via WhatsApp, Telegram or the request form.
- We review the material and reply within one working day with a fixed price and a deadline.
- Once agreed, a 20% prepayment to the company account.
- You receive tables, charts and a written description of the results, plus the R script on request. You pay the rest on delivery.
- If your supervisor asks for clarifications, we make them free of charge within the agreed scope.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
From €250. The price depends on the data and methods, so every project is quoted separately within one working day.
Which methods do you cover?
Voltammetry (CV, DPV, SWV, stripping methods), impedance spectroscopy, Raman and NIR spectroscopy, SEM/EDS, XPS, as well as chemometrics and multivariate models.
Can you help with the literature review?
Yes, we help find and organise the scientific literature and structure the review. This is quoted separately.
Which language will the results be in?
Tables, charts and the description of results can be in English, Latvian or Russian.
