Food technology and food science: data analysis and results
A food technology thesis has to show how a recipe, process or storage affects product quality. We help process the analytical data, compare samples and write the results and discussion chapter. What is chemometrics and do I need it?
Chemometrics is a set of statistical and mathematical methods for chemical and spectroscopic data — for example, predicting product composition from an NIR spectrum. You need it when your thesis has spectra or many variables at once; simple comparisons only need standard statistical tests.
Do you analyse quality control data too?
Yes, we analyse production quality control data, deviations and compliance with requirements.
Which language will the results be in?
Tables, charts and the description of results can be in English, Latvian or Russian.
